The council is required to complete and submit to its External Auditor an Annual Return. The public have the right to inspect the accounts of the council. Details of the inspection period are shown in the Notice of Public Rights which includes a declaration that the accounts have not been audited. The Town Council has set policies and byelaws that assist the good administration of the Council. These documents are considered and approved by the full Council.
Public Space Protection Orders

Collett Park Dog Byelaw
Requires dogs to be on a lead at all time within the Park.
Collett Park Cycling Byelaw
Sets out the prohibition of cycling within the Park.
